If you are Reading this late at Night
with too many tabs open, we
understand.

Maybe a teacher mentioned something. Maybe your pediatrician said let us wait and see, and waiting has felt wrong ever since. Maybe you have known for a while and today is simply the day you started typing.

However you got to this page, you are not behind. You are here. That is the part that counts.

Small on purpose.

Most families find us after waiting somewhere else. We keep our caseload deliberately small, which means we can actually take you on, and it means the person who picks up the phone knows your child’s name.

What we actually mean by
our values

Compassionate care

We move at a pace your child can tolerate. A child who feels rushed is not learning, they are coping.

Evidence-informed

Everything we use has research behind it. When something does not, we do not use it, however popular it has become.

Family-centred

You are not a bystander to your child's therapy. You are the reason any of it holds.

Respectful pacing

Progress at your child's speed rather than at the speed of a treatment plan or a funding cycle.

Who we are a good fit for?

We support young children with autism, developmental delays and related needs through individualised ABA therapy.

We work best with families who want to be in the room. If you would rather hand your child to a professional and receive an email update, we are probably not your practice. That is a real answer rather than a polite one, and we would rather give it early.

Parent coaching is built into your child's treatment plan when clinically
appropriate. Here is why we designed it that way.

What we are building next

We are developing a structured parent education program: short written guides, recorded
walkthroughs, and small group sessions for families who want to go further.

It is not ready yet, and we would rather launch it properly than early. Coaching and consultation
are already built into treatment plans where clinically appropriate, so nothing is waiting on it.

Services we can help you find

Some support falls outside insurance, or outside what a child currently qualifies for. We can help with referrals  and coordination for:

Paid sick time.

Ongoing BCBA
supervision.

Support toward RBT certification for qualified BT candidates.

Employee referral program and opportunities for advancement.

Compassion matters here

Skills can be taught. The things below are harder to train, so they matter more to us than a resume.

If you have worked with children, in childcare, education, psychology, special education or behavioral health, that experience will help. If you have not, and the list above sounds like you, apply anyway.

Most of this job is showing up.

Not dramatically. Consistently. Same time, same face, same patience

, week after week, until a child trusts you enough to try something difficult in

front of you.

Then one day they ask for something out loud for the first time, or get their

own shoes on, or make it through a change of plan without falling apart.

Their family has been waiting a long time for that moment, and you were

part of it.

That is the part nobody puts on a poster, and it is the part that actually

changes things.

Different People. Brighter Tomorrows.
