You are the one who is there at six in the morning.

Parent coaching is built into your child's treatment plan when clinically appropriate. Here is why we designed it that way.

What we work on together

Reading behavior

Learn to see behavior as communication rather than defiance. Once you can tell what a behavior is achieving, you stop fighting it and start replacing it. This one shift changes more than any single strategy.

Strategies that fit your house

Not a binder. Two or three things that work in your actual mornings, with your actual kitchen, your actual commute and your other children. If a strategy needs a perfect household to work, it is not a strategy.

Advocating with confidence

IEP meetings. Pediatrician appointments. The relative with opinions. We will help you walk in knowing what to ask for and what you are entitled to expect.

Support for you

The hard days are part of this. You should not be handling them alone, and you should not have to perform being fine in front of your child’s clinical team.

How it actually happens

Parent guidance is not a separate appointment you need to arrange childcare for.
Most of it happens inside sessions, in your home, with your child right there. We show you, you try it, we adjust it together. Then you use it on Saturday when nobody is watching, which is where it counts.
You will never be handed a strategy without being shown how it works and told why it works.

What we are building next

We are developing a structured parent education program: short written guides, recorded walkthroughs, and small group sessions for families who want to go further.

It is not ready yet, and we would rather launch it properly than early. Coaching and consultation are already built into treatment plans where clinically appropriate, so nothing is waiting on it.

Ask about parent guidance in your
first conversation.

You do not need to have your questions organised.

It is part of every plan we write, and it is usually the part families end up valuing most.

Most people who contact us open with I do not really know where to begin. That is a perfectly good place to begin.
